MIND CONTROL

⯌ I will never initiate mind control without contacting the other player(s) involved first.

⯌ Charlie's mind control abilities allow him to give both immediate and delayed orders. These can be simple or complex.

Examples of an immediate order would be 'Kneel' or 'Go back to your room, get your money, come back here, and give it to me.'

Examples of a delayed order would be 'Next time you see me, kiss my shoes.' or 'Any time you go into the kitchen, steal a butter knife.'

⯌ These orders require EYE CONTACT and for Charlie to VERBALLY COMPLETE THE COMMAND IN A WAY THAT THE VICTIM CAN UNDERSTAND. Deaf people, you're not free. He knows sign-language for this exact purpose.

⯌ This ability will mostly be used to facilitate fun engagement opportunities for us as players, but I'm always open to using them for slow-burn fucked up relationships and/or longer plots.

BLOOD ADDICTION

⯌ Drinking a vampire's blood on three different nights over the course of a year will leave the victim addicted and obsessed with that vampire.

⯌ The vampire who's blood was consumed is called a regnant, and the victim is a thrall.

⯌ Thralls typically want to please their regnant in any way possible, and do not like to go long periods without seeing their captor.

⯌ The addicted can resist this condition, though it is a difficult feat. To me, this just means we get to enjoy some dramatic moments of rebellion resulting in both failure or success!

⯌ I am interested in playing this dynamic with a few willing parties, if it appeals to anyone! Charlie is one to employ this as frequently as he can, and his dynamic with any thralls would be unique to his other CR.

⯌ A year is a long time, so I'm happy to play with this in the shorter-term and just say the suit broke the connection prematurely whenever we'd like the characters to slip out of this relationship.
